Is this the right starting point?
- A new or unresolved muscle or joint concern
- Pain that is affecting everyday movement or training
- Follow-up rehabilitation after an initial assessment
Which appointment should I choose?
New injury clients should choose Injury Assessment & Treatment, currently a 90-minute appointment. Injury Follow Up Treatment / Rehab is a 60-minute session for clients who have already had an initial assessment. Booksy shows current prices and available times.
What to expect
01
Your history and goals
Talk about when the problem started, what makes it better or worse and the activities you want to get back to.
02
Movement and treatment
Assessment informs the session. Hands-on techniques may be used where appropriate, and Sapphire will explain the proposed approach.
03
A clear plan
Discuss the next steps, which may include exercises, changes to activity or a follow-up appointment. Concerns needing medical assessment should be taken to a suitable healthcare professional.
Before you book
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to request an appointment. If you are unsure whether sports therapy is suitable, message Sapphire before booking.
Can I book a follow-up as my first visit?
No. The follow-up slot is for existing injury clients who have already had an initial assessment. New clients should book Injury Assessment & Treatment.
Is this physiotherapy?
Alchemy offers neuromuscular therapy, sports massage and injury rehabilitation with Sapphire Dudley. It is not advertised as a physiotherapy practice. If you need a physiotherapist or medical assessment, contact the appropriate professional.
What should I bring?
Wear clothing that allows comfortable movement and access to the area being assessed. Bring any relevant information you want to discuss and message ahead if you have questions.
