Is deep tissue massage available?
Yes. Deep tissue techniques are used within sports massage where appropriate. You can discuss your preference and pressure at the start.
Is sports massage the right booking for an injury?
Book Injury Assessment & Treatment if you are in pain or have an unresolved injury. Maintenance massage does not include an injury assessment or rehabilitation plan.
How long is a session?
The current Booksy listing offers 60 minutes for upper or lower body sports massage and 90 minutes for full body sports massage. Check the listing when booking.
Can I visit from elsewhere in Northern Ireland?
Yes. Clients from across Northern Ireland are welcome to book at the Ahoghill clinic near Ballymena. All appointments take place at Schoolhouse Gym; check availability before travelling.
